Saint Palais, carrefour médiéval sur le chemin de Saint Jacques où convergent les trois voies du Puy, de Vézelay et de Tours est à 20 mn. La côte Atlantique (Hendaye, Biarritz, Saint Jean de Luz etc. et les Pyrénées sont à environ 50mn en voiture.
