Welcoming, quiet stone-built ground floor suite on Askeli beach, a few steps away from the sea. Ideal for families with children or couples! Renovated in 2021 with fully equipped spaces. It has a large garden with citrus trees and a patio with BBQ. There is plenty of free public space for parking in front of the house. It is located between numerous restaurants, beach bars, bakeries, super market and water sports center. Only a breath away from the sea, and 20-minutes walk the the island centre.

The kitchen includes: mixer, toaster, fridge, kitchen, coffee maker as well as a traditional wood oven that you can use!
