Rokua - High quality cottage by a clear water lake

Rokua Dream is a comfortable and well-equipped holiday cottage on the shores of Lake Kirvesjärvi in Rokua. The facilities are on three floors for six adults and two children if required. Come relax and exercise in the middle of nature. If you wish, you can take a dip in the sauna to the clear water from your own dock or take a snow bath. Listen to the sounds of nature from your own terrace. Restaurant services are just a few kilometers away. Enjoy nature while hiking, skiing, biking or canoeing.

Our traditional wooden home offers charm, practicality and a great location to services and amenities. Located a 5 min drive away from Linnanmaa, the main University campus. Sleeps up to 2 persons with fireplace and amenities. The place is a short walk from trails and the sea, situated on the main bike road going to the university and the center. Private parking for 2 cars. Our home is warm and cozy. Shops, pharmacy and takeaways are just minutes away. Cats on the premises.

Kaunis hirsikartano sijaitsee Iissä Iijoen varrella. Vain kilometrin päässä nelostiestä, sekä noin 30km päässä Oulusta. Täysin remontoidussa hirsikartanossa on kahdeksan uniikkia huonetta, iso tunnelmallinen hirsipirtti, joka toimii ruokailu- ja oleskelutilana, keittiö ja saunatilat. Pihapiiristä löytyy monenlaista tekemistä vuodenajasta riippumatta ja monipuoliset ulkoilureitit ovat vain kivenheiton päässä. Kartanosta löytyy vuodepaikat 22 henkilölle.

The cottage accommodates comfortably 4 people (beds for 6) On the private terrace, you can relax and listen only the sounds of nature and silence. During winter starry landscape is breathtaking and sometimes you can even see the Northern Lights. From the wood heated sauna you can take a dip in Kirvesjärvi or take a snow bath in winter. You will love your stay here.

Tervetuloa tilavaan rivitalon päätyasuntoon, joka tarjoaa kaikki mukavuudet rentouttavalle lomalle! Asunnosta löytyy kesäkäytössä oleva uima-allas, kaksi vessaa ja puusauna sekä iso piha ja terassi. Keittiö on hyvin varusteltu. Asunnossa on yksi parisängyllinen huone (levitettävä laverisänky) ja kaksi huonetta, joissa yhden hengen sängyt. Lisäksi saatavilla kaksi patjaa. Asunnolta Oulun keskustaan noin 3 km.

Tuiran uimaranta 800 metrin päässä. 10min kävelymatka keskustaan siltojen yli.
