“Serenity on Sibley” Guesthouse~Close to Downtown

Down the winding road, at the bottom of the wooded hill, “Serenity” awaits. This single-room guesthouse sits on the banks of Sibley Lake. Relax and take in the sunsets from the screened porch. Up to 4 guests with a queen-sized bed and a queen fold-out couch. It has a full bath with shower, a kitchenette with island and barstools. A paddleboat, kayaks and life vests are available for use during your stay. Hosts live up and across the drive from the Serenity Guesthouse Located @ 10 min from town.

Royal Cabin Tiny Home

Small Cabin located on 10 acres with spectacular views! Wake up and look out over the Ouachita mountains! Step out onto the large deck and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and nature! The loft is carpeted and has a Queen mattress. We have a full (tiny-home) kitchen with pots and pans or a grill if you choose to cook. Cute Bathroom with large shower. Blow dryer in cabinet. No cable (unplug and enjoy nature!) But we do have a DVD player and we usually watch TV using our lightning cord on our iPhones!

The Treehouse is a quiet and peaceful retreat.

Tropical Treehouse set in a ten acre Jungle Garden with a canal lagoon. Private mature forest park of 250 acres and five miles of nature trails. There are four lakes and the Treehouse overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The house is 35 feet in the air accessible by stairs but with a cargo lift for luggage and groceries. The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.

The Little House

Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea from the comfort of a cozy cottage nestled on a wooded hillside. Tucked quietly behind our modern farmhouse residence, our guesthouse offers relaxed neighborhood vibes while being within minutes of downtown Hot Springs and all of the city's main attractions. Feel free to love on our friendly cats, Tate (orange) and Sylvie (gray). We also have an Australian Shepherd pup, Heidi. She loves to visit with our guests, but can be put away if needed.

Woods Creek Cabin

Come enjoy nature in our beautiful cabin. Woods Creek Cabin is in a quiet, wooded setting just north of Mt. Ida. We have a compact kitchenette with microwave, toaster, Keurig and small refridgerator. Our rustic log queen size bed is perfect for getting a restful night's sleep before exploring the Ouachita Mountains just outside your door. You will enjoy playing a fun game of horseshoes, Baggo, grilling or just sitting around the firepit while listening to the creek and birds.

Amazing Victorian by Bathhouse Row

This charming 1904 Victorian is located in the historic district of Hot Springs, minutes from Bathhouse Row, restaurants, bars, spas, Magic Springs, Oaklawn, hiking/biking trails, go-karting. Huge rooms, chandeliers, high ceilings, fully stocked kitchen, covered porch, rocking chairs and fire pit -- all on an acre of oak trees in a fenced yard, right in town! Old Bear Ridge Log Cabin Spend the night in our beautiful hand made log cabin in the woods! Watch the sun come up while you enjoy your morning coffee on the porch. Then enjoy some time in our hammocks or visit beautiful lake Ouachita. Finish off your day with a steak, hot off the grill. Then watch the stars from the hot tub or relax around the custom fire pit with your favorite drink. If you want a peaceful retreat, surrounded by nature, this is the place for you!

Tree Loft at Jack Mountain

Enjoy a romantic mountain top getaway for 2 within the trees! (4x4 or AWD is required) The property is situated on top of Jack Mountain just outside of Hot Springs, AR off scenic Hwy 7. A total of 17 wooded acres provides ample opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. There are currently two other rental cabins on the mountain, however, it is private and peaceful with amazing mountain views. Under 10 minutes to local eateries, grocery stores, Lake Hamilton and more.
