“Le gîte de pépé” est une charmante petite maison avec extérieur. Elle a été entièrement rénovée et équipée pour que vous y passiez un séjour des plus confortables. Idéale pour 4, elle peut accueillir jusqu’à 6 personnes. Située dans la petite cité de caractère Lassay-les-Châteaux, élue 3e village préféré des Français 2023, vous trouverez à quelques mètres le château médiéval, tous les commerces utiles ainsi que l’office de tourisme. De nombreuses balades peuvent être effectuées depuis le gîte.

One dog allowed per stay. 2 on request. Dogs to be kept on a lead in garden. Our private one bedroom Gite has been fully renovated to a high spec in 2022 and is ideal for couples wanting a relaxing holiday yet only a 5 minutes drive to the nearest town with all amenities. Fishing lakes and 23km cycle path nearby

There is a private section of the garden exclusively for you with charcoal BBQ and seating areas. The property is located 6 metres from the River Orne giving you unique views from the lounge and bedroom. Towels, Bed Linen and Tea towels are included The property is not accessible for people with reduced mobility The bathroom has a walk in shower (no bath tub)

Rich with history, beautiful flowers and breathtaking views of the sweeping woodland valley, it is a timelessly beautiful landscape.
