The studio shares the private, walled courtyard and pool with the Eucalyptus Suite Airbnb and the main house where my husband and I live. Located in the Peter Howell neighborhood, a convenient midtown area close to everything (2.5 mi to UA, 5 mi to downtown).

Our Rancho Vistoso patio overlooks a greenbelt which has become a wildlife refuge. The patio offers dining and lounging, with the Amazing Mountain and Desert Sunset views. The Vistoso Casitas resort-like amenities include six miles of paved paths, a heated community pool/spa, Ramada with BBQ grills, exercise facility and clubhouse. We have spent hours biking throughout Oro Valley’s many miles of safe and scenic biking routes and hiking challenging mountain trails at nearby Catalina State Park.

Everything you might need in a home away from home is available: fast WiFi, streaming TV, luxury bedding, comfy family room, fully stocked eat-in kitchen, desk space, laundry room and bathroom with walk-in shower. Cottage has it's own private driveway with ample parking. We are a quick 30 minutes or less to downtown/UofA and shopping, hiking, restaurants & grocery stores are all within 5 minutes travel.

Bright, charming, pool-side, attached guest house with private entrance. The home features exposed brick walls, large windows, authentic Saltillo tile floors, and tasteful midcentury modern furnishing and décor throughout. It comes with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable: a dine-in kitchenette, private bathroom, covered parking, laundry room, Hayneedle king-sized bed (plus a couch bed in the living room), 40” TV, and plenty of space to spread out and make yourself at home.

Nestled at the foot of stunning Red Butte, Thunderbird Suite is southwestern decor with antique furniture. Just outside the glass doors, is a desert landscape of Saguaros & other Sonoran natural desert cactus & trees. Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the backyard offers peekaboo views of the Catalina mountains to the north. Easy access to the U of A (<4 miles) as well as all of the arts, eats, walking/hiking, views, and entertainment that Tucson has to offer!
