Byt se nachází 2 minuty od kolonády, 100m od Lázeňského parku, 300m od vlakového nádraží a 800m od náměstí. V bytovém domě je výtah, se kterým se dostanete do 3.patra, kde se byt nachází. Velikost bytu je 100m2 s kuchyňskou linku, mini bar, vlastní koupelnou s vanou a WC, pračkou, s TV a WiFi. Byt je kompletně zařízený. Parkování je bezproblémové. Ubytování není určeno pro žádné oslavy ani večírky!

Poděbrady jsou protkané cyklostezkami, nabídnou vám překrásnou přírodu a možnost přírodního koupání. Večer vás okouzlí příjemnou lázeňskou atmosférou. Dům se nachází 100 metrů od řeky Labe na cyklostezce cca 4km od města Nymburk. Doubrava je malá vesnice. Asi 300 metru od domu se nachazi piskovna s moznosti koupani v ciste vode. V okoli do 15km se nachazi mesta Nymburk, Podebrady, Lysa nad Labem a Milovice. U mě si to zamilujete, protože dům je útulný a poskytuje klid a pohodu včetně velke zahrady. Pokud máte rádi cyklistiku, rybaření nebo kanoistiku, jste na dobré adrese. Mé ubytování je skvělé pro páry a rodiny (s dětmi).

On the second floor there is a 3 bedroom for two people with its own bathroom, a rest room with 2 beds for 4 sleeping places.
