Due to occasional weather related ferry/plane service interruptions, we highly recommend travel insurance (please see below for cancellation/travel insurance details). Six weeks prior to arrival, we will email you a list of our favorite restaurants with links to menus and reviews. For high season restaurant reservations, when possible, please contact us four to five weeks prior to your arrival. We are happy to make your reservations. Our check-in time is normally 3 p.m. However if you arrive early and your room is not ready, we will be happy to store your luggage. Check-out time is 11 a. m. All rooms have hair dryers and beach bags with towels, bottled water, and magazines. We are a non-smoking inn. Don't hesitate to contact us to help plan your visit to the island. Perfect for a romantic Cape Cod getaway, our signature Lark Suite sits in a private stand-alone building with custom decor and stunning Jones Pond views. Porch Room 1 queen bed

The Porch Room has a queen bed and private shower room and half bath located next door to the room in the hallway. This bedroom also has its own entrance to the wrap around porch. The Porch room is one of six rooms at the Tivoli Inn. The Tivoli Inn is a charming Victorian Gingerbread house which has the island charm and a clean and friendly atmosphere. The inn is walking distance to all downtown amenities including town beach, seasonal ferry terminals and public transportation.

AVAILABLE JULY 11-18, 2025 Captain's Quarters in Falmouth Heights, is one of the few resorts to have the Ocean across the street. From the balcony you can enjoy the sunset, relax in the Jacuzzi, or enjoy the night life that is within walking distance. The Martha's Vineyard ferry is about 1/2 mile from the resort. Shopping, restaurants, and movie theater are close by. This unit is on the second floor and has two bedrooms, 2 baths. Kitchenette and living room.
