Southend is perfect for fishing, sailing, swimming or just lazing on the beach. A surf beach is situated between Southend and Beachport. Southend has a small shop that is licensed and sells basic groceries. It has a takeaway fish and chip shop open weekends (6 days during summer).There is a local community club open weekends (open for meals in summer).Restaurants and other shopping is available in Beachport and Millicent, both a short drive away. We would like to stress this property is our own beach house. It is not resort standard accommodation. There isn't any air conditioning only fans and basic heating. Our pricing reflects this. It should be viewed as a comfortable base for exploring the area and other activities : fishing, boating, surfing and 4 wheel driving.

Robe Cottage is a cosy weatherboard cottage situated two streets away from beautiful Long Beach. The cottage has 3 bedrooms with the master bedroom featuring king size bed and quality linen. The second bedroom has a tri-bunk, queen on the bottom, single on top. The third bedroom has a single bed. Bathroom features large corner bath. Outside relax on the large deck for afternoon drinks and a BBQ. After a sun soaked day on Long Beach, wash the sea salt off under the outdoor hot & cold shower!

The Shouse - Durants Lookout

The Shouse (shed/house), built in 2017 is a unique space located in a hidden pocket of Beachport. Within walking distance to the centre of town, beach and scenic drive it is the perfect getaway. Located at Durrants lookout where you can enjoy walks to the back beach and lake of Siloam. A funky and cosy warehouse styled accomodation with great outdoor pergola to relax. Lounge, kitchen/dining and bathroom are on the lower level with bedrooms upstairs. There is plenty of room for your boat too!

Pet Friendly self contained 2 bedroom cottage just five minute drive to the coastal town of Robe. There is a fully enclosed yard and we allow pets inside. Reverse air-conditioning inside for year round comfort. During winter months we provide a brazier for an outside fire. Robe is a Southern Rock Lobster fishing village awarded small tourist town of the year in 2021. Great local produce and amazing beaches to choose from. Also the local retail shops and winery scene is worth the visit.
