This is an eclectic space that was a former art studio. The artist who lives just next door, keeps a private working studio in the loft. Although it is inaccessible to our guests, you will see her art on the walls and her creative side in the large lady shown in the pictures. Firepit and wood available. 5 hiking trails on 300 acres! The Beehive at Bigfoot Hollow

The Beehive is the perfect place for family fun! We have games, toys, books, a 55 inch LCD TV with streaming services, a DVD player and a collection of great movies, and a Wii with games. We have real arcade games and a massage chair! We have a retro themed living room with a working typewriter, Viewmaster, and a record player! There is a screened in back porch and fenced yard. We are 5 minutes from Burr Oak State Park which offers swimming and hiking. We also have a paintball park on site!

The Farmhouse on S. 5th (Family-Business-Hunters)

The Farmhouse at 169 South 5th, is located in historic McConnelsville, Ohio. Located just two blocks from downtown, & just across from the Cornerstone South church, & overlooking the Muskingum River. This Farmhouse was completely restored to its current charm in the spring of 2017. You will find it fully furnished, & ready for a pleasant "home away from home"! McConnelsville is known for its rich history, & is home to the famous Twin City Opera House, among many other interesting landmarks.

It offers a fully equipped kitchen with dining space. Large farmhouse retreat on 45 rolling acres of land. This beautiful property offers fresh air and lots of room for families and individuals visiting the area. Close to historic towns, Ohio State Parks, and other activities, this welcoming home offers a large kitchen, cozy living areas, and comfortable sleeping for up to 8 people. Guests enjoy ping pong, walking around the pond, and campfires in the evening along with breathtaking sunsets, sunrises, and star gazing for a peaceful stay.

Burr Oak Cabin

Burr Oak Cabin is nestled into the woods of Burr Oak State Park. Just a short walk or drive to Burr Oak Lake where you can enjoy fishing (license required), hiking, or boating. Hiking trails include various state park trails, the American Discovery Trail or the Buckeye Trail. Put in your own boat at the Dock 1 boat ramp (9.9 hp limit) or rent a kayak, canoe, fishing boat or pontoon boat. Rentals available April through October. We have wifi with a Roku smart Tv to stream.

Wabash Cabin

The Wabash Cabin, nestled in the rolling hills of Southeastern Ohio, is in the heart of the Region’s outdoor playground. This unique property offers private hunting privileges on 160 acres. It is also the perfect get away for couples, family, and friends. Hunting rates are $125 per night, per person, and include privileges to hunt on the property. Vacation/Leisure rates are $125 per night for up to 4 people, more than 4 people $20 per night per person.

The Historic Hideaway

Historic building on the Square. Directly in front of new (and soon to be famous) "Locks of Love" Sculpture. Close to everything including restaurants, parks, shopping. Quaint and pleasant setting. Former Bank Building built in 1900. It is like stepping back in time. Beautiful town along the River. Easy access to parks for hunting and fishing. Kitchen is fully stocked.
