“The Nauti Cottage” is a 2 bedroom bottom unit originally built in 1890 as a single family home later turned duplex. Located on the Downtown MHC Waterfront & wedged by two beautiful bodies of water. Our coastal cottage is close to the hustle & bustle of the waterfront fun but nestled in between 3 of the most beautiful churches. The interior is full of thoughtfully curated nautical decor that offers a sense of history & home to the traveling fisherman, bohemian babe, or deep sea treasure hunter!

Other amenities are a large screen porch, fire pit, and a large yard for lawn games. The Yates cottage is great for couples, families, dogs, joggers, walkers, bikers, fishers and boaters. You will be welcomed with freshly-made beds, towels and a full kitchen with Keurig and Rachel Ray cookware.
