This 3 bedroom beachfront home at beautiful Ball Bay (near Mackay in Qld) is nestled between Cape Hillsborough where the wallabies gather on the beach and Haliday Bay with its beachfront golf resort. The rear yard is securely fenced for a pet dog. This is a quiet neighbourhood therefore no parties or loud music at night otherwise loss of security deposit may occur. Please be advised that no caravans or camper vans allowed on site. Bathroom has seperate shower and bath plus toilet and vanity

Queenslander home sits above a quiet business with private entrance. It has 3 bedrooms (2 queens and 1 single). Lounge has fold out bed. You will have the entire space and facilities upstairs to yourself. We are located and within easy reach of all Mackay's local dining, bars and attractions. As we operate a business below we respectively ask no parties or loud behaviour during business hours. Sorry, no small children or pets. Long stays welcome.
