Take some time off and enjoy old Florida at the Marsh House. Nestled beneath beautiful oak trees. Newly remodeled 1960 farmhouse. Three bedrooms and one bath. Relax on the front porch and watch the cattle grazing across the road. You might even catch the occasional deer or turkey trying to sneak by. If you want more adventure, you will find several places nearby: Jumper Creek WMA - 2 min./Lake Panasoffkee Fishing - 8 min/Withlacoochee River - 17 min./The Villages - 30 min. Please no pets.

Inverness Home with a View

Relax in a clean, welcoming, home that has been updated. There are 2 fishing poles available for your use. We make sure they are in working condition and well maintained. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment is close by. Want a beach....35 minute ride to Fort Island Trail Beach and boat ramp. We do allow hypoallergenic small dogs (2 max), non-shedding, 25 lbs. or less, each w/ proof of shot records, please bring a kennel with you. There is a non refundable $25.00 per dog fee.

A fold out sleeper couch takes this from a 2 person cottage to 4 in just minutes. Parking is not an issue, even if you have a trailer.
