This cute cottage for 6 is located just down the street from beautiful Lake Como that offers fishing, boating, and water sports. It is also just a short drive to Lake Geneva and all that it has to offer with its beautiful lake, shopping, historic buildings, and delicious restaurants. Along with the house you get access to the HOA covered private beaches and playgrounds nearby. There is also a bar and grill down the street with live music. Camp Lake less than 2 minutes away, close to Silver Lake and others. This home has an awesome sled hill, fire pit with seating area, and a relaxing deck with lake views. Close to Wilmot Mountain, Lake Geneva, & Bristol Renaissance Faire. 25 mins to Six Flags or Lake Geneva, 1 hr to Chgo or Milwaukee. 35 mins to Great Lakes Naval Base

Enjoy your stay at this cozy cottage just steps away from beautiful Cross Lake. This 3bdr, 1bath house features a 4 seasons porch so you can relax and unwind all year. Our large yard provides you additional space to enjoy the stunning view. From the first weekend of May-Sept 30th, you will also have access to our shared pier. Enjoy swimming, boating, fishing or other nearby activities: skiing, golfing and ziplining. Beach chairs/toys, fire pit, grill, games and folding chairs are also provided.

Como Lake house with boat and motor included

Because this property is located at the end of Lake Como and at the end of a private road it offers seclusion and intimacy while being only 3 miles from downtown Lake Geneva. The lake is great fishing for largemouth bass as well as northern pike, a 16' 3" foot aluminum fishing boat with a 10 hp motor is available at no extra charge as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks . The pier goes in May 1st and comes out sometime after October 15 otherwise the boats without a motor can be launched from shore.
