The 90 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, satellite TV, a baby cot and a highchair (both on request).

In the house there are four apartments with a large garden in common, where you will find an outdoor kitchen, perfect to enjoy outdoor meals and meet guests of the other apartments. Arico is surrounded by climbing areas a few minutes by car or even walking. You can also find beautiful trails that connect the villages. Arround 10 minutes by car you will be in El Porís beach (perfect for learn surf) and Abades, nice to do snorkel and with beautiful restaurants in front of the sea.
