Other usefull amenities closeby include: gym and busstops 200 meters, Tromsø museum 550 m, grocery store 1,2 km and city center is within walking distance. Kitchen with basic appliances. 10 min walk to city centre, 5 minutes to skiing/hiking tracks and recreational area perfect for wathcing the aurora borealis. 5 minutes walk to supermarket, 3 minutes to bus stop with connections to city centre, university, airport etc. House is currently under some renovations, however this will not affect the studio. Parking by special arrangement only.

One bed room plus fold-out-bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen. The bus goes between Tromsø and the property 25 times a day on business days, 5-6 times on Saturdays and zero times on Sundays. Take route 412 from Torgsenteret 2 to Holmesletta. Fem minutter å gå til busstopp med direktelinje til sentrum. Sju minutter gange til Tromsøs største kjøpesenter. Leiligheten har fullt utstyrt kjøkken og privat bad med vaskemaskin. Parkering er tilgjengelig på forespørsel. Soveplassen er en dobbel sovesofa i oppholdsrom.
