The Airbnb outdoor patio includes a covered area with a table and chairs for six. The pool area contains a gazebo covered deck with large 8-seater table and chairs. Pool heated only Oct to May.

Our property has a shared secure entrance from the street and the guest suite has its own entrance door, deck, travertine stone shower, separate toilet, kitchenette with mini-bar fridge and a small built-in robe. Queen-size bed, wall-mounted smart TV, reverse cycle air-con and a small BBQ on the deck. Laundry facilities available if you need. Minimum 2-night stay and 12% discount for 7 nights or more. This is a new cosy flat in a nice and quite part of Kenmore. It is a part of two story Hampton style house. The unit has it own access, ensuite, Aircon reverse cycle and double bed. It has a small fridge and kitchenette so you can store food and prepare your meals. The washing machine is outside in the patio area. Five minute drive to Kenmore Plaza, Koala Santuary, and Centanary hightway. Nine km to Brisbane CBD. Bus stop to the City via Indooroopilly is about 900m away. Street parking.
