Modern Lakefront Chalet at Innsbrook

Updated modern 2 bed 2 bath lakefront chalet located within the Innsbrook Resort. Enjoy private access and of the small Lake Powderhorn. This stylish chalet has 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed. The open living room has a large sectional and a separate full size couch. The updated kitchen includes a stove, dishwasher, and a laundry unit. As part of the Innsbrook resort, you'll also have access to the many amenities, including golf course, swimming complex, various lakes, trails, etc.

This new studio apartment in the lower level of my home is perfect for travelers for short or long term stays! You'll have privacy and room to relax or cook a meal. You'll have your own separate heating and cooling for your comfort. Maximum allowed occupancy is 2 people age 10 & up (no exceptions). Approximately 5 miles from highway 70 in Wright City with the last 1/8 mile being on gravel. Thirteen miles from Wentzville, 20 miles from O'Fallon, 6 miles from Warrenton & 17 miles from Troy.

Beautifully decorated warm cabin feel. Spacious bedroom with nice desk for your laptop work space. Bathroom has washer and dryer. Living room has thick-cushioned leather futon for second bed, counter space with microwave/air fryer, paper products, and kuerig coffee maker, new 5’ fridge, 50” flat screen TV. Access to outdoor hot tub. Internet was weak so affected some reviews but is super fast now. Near Cedar Lake Winery, Big Joel’s Safari, Long Row Lavender Farm, and Pumpkins Galore

Nowhere else will you find a jacuzzi tub, private pool with an amazing view, gas fireplace, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the main floor with private entrance, spacious living room, kitchen, and covered deck, plus free laundry for this price! Host stays in separated lower level and the only places shared are the laundry room and outdoors. Great for dog owners attending Purina Farms, 3 individuals, 3 couples, or a couple and 2-5 kids. The loft is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers who can walk a flight of stairs.
