Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Dieses stilvolle zwei Zimmerapartement mit eigenem Eingang eignet sich perfekt für euren Trip nach Berlin und bietet den perfekten Rückzugsort in urbaner Nähe. Friedrichshain, 10min., Treptow, 15min. & Kreuzberg, 20min. sind fussläufig. Neben der großen Wohnküche befindet sich das anschließende Schlafzimmer mit direktem Zugang zur ruhige Terrasse (40qm). Weiter hat diese Wohnung ein eigenes Duschbad, Wlan, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Ein überdachter Carport am Haus kann vor Ort zugebucht werden.

Zur Vermietung steht eine neu eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit 2 Zimmern und einen großen Balkon in 15366 Neuenhagen bei Berlin. Insgesamt sind 4 Schlafplätze vorhanden. W-Lan ist in der gesamten Wohnung kostenlos verfügbar. Waschmaschine & Trockner gegen Gebühr nutzbar. Schlafzimmer -Doppelbett 1,80m x 2m -Kleiderschrank -TV -Bettwäsche vorh. Wohnzimmer -Doppelsofa ausklappbar -TV -Balkon Küche -Doppelherdplatte -Backofen mit Mikrowellenfunkt Bad -Dusche -WC -Waschbecken -Handtücher vorh.

Himmelblaues Terrarium Biohof Ihlow Naturpark

Unsere 3. Unterkunft: ein kleines Holzhaus (8qm) auf Rädern auf unserer idyllischen Biohof-Wiese im besonders schönen Naturparkdorf Ihlow (Naturpark Märkische Schweiz 50 km von Berlin-Mitte!), separat gelegen, auf zwei Seiten verglast, schöne Aussicht, Toilette & Dusche 50m entfernt, Hofcafé direkt auf dem Hof (von Mai bis Oktober saisonal!), Frühstück & Abendessen individuell auch außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten! Sauna im Schloss Reichenow (3km). Bitte dort direkt selbst anmelden (15€ p.P.)!

Gemütliches Studio mit Berliner Altbaucharme und modernem Bad inkl. Wellnessdusche und großer Badewanne. Das Studio ist in einem schönen ruhigen Innenhof und dennoch gut gelegen. Für Geschäftsreisende, Paare und auch Familien mit (kleinen) Kindern geeignet; zusätzlich ausziehbares Bett vorhanden und Beistellbett für Babies/Kleinkinder möglich. Die moderne Küchenzeile bietet eine gute Ausstattung zum Kochen leckerer Gerichte. Außerdem sind Geschirrspülmaschine und Waschtrockner vorhanden.

Brandenburgische Idylle mit privatem Seezugang

Die Unterkunft liegt am wunderschönen Teupitzer See, der sich zum Baden und aller Art Wassersport eignet. Das Haus ist neu erbaut worden und verfügt über allerhand moderner Gadgets die das Wohnen äußerst komfortabel machen. Die Inneneinrichtung wurde dem Apartment am See hell und zeitgemäß angepasst. Ein Kingsize-Boxspringbett lädt ein, einen aktiven Tag in der Brandenburger Natur gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen. Außerdem erwarten unsere Gäste köstliche Teesorten und Nespresso Kaffee.

Künstlerhaus Zernsdorf -Berlin

Ehemaliges Künstlerhaus in der Nähe Berlins: Unser Haus mit großem Garten,wurde in den frühen 30er Jahren (URL HIDDEN) ist nahezu im Originalzustand erhalten und strahlt durch die Verwendung von ökologischen Baustoffen und Farben eine helle und warme Atmosphäre aus. Die Einrichtung ist einfach und persöhnlich. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt liegt unser See mit 2 sehr schönen Badestellen. Das Biosphärenreservat Spreewald,das Schlaubetal und Berlin sind ca 1 Stunde entfernt.

Holiday house WICA

Experience unforgettable moments in this quiet and family-friendly accommodation. The modern house and the sunny terrace invite you to linger. The lido by the lake - a dream for children. Supermarkets are within easy reach. Car parks, bicycles and a canoe are available. Exploring the surrounding area or trips to Berlin, Potsdam and the surrounding countryside are easy from here. In winter you can relax in the steam shower. Your four-legged friend can also join you.

Unser Haus liegt direkt am Krüpelsee, in dem sie baden, Kanu fahren oder auch angeln können. Sie können sich auch gern den ganzen Tag an den See legen oder in unserem Holz beheiztem Saunafass verbringen. Bis nach Berlin City ist es über die A10 und A113 eine halbe Stunde.
