Our Caribbean vacation property in St. John is the perfect destination for your next tropical getaway. The lower house unit is a 1 bedroom and also has a sleeper sofa. This charming cottage places you within a 5 minute walk to Reef Bay beach and gives you access to many of St. John's greatest hiking trails. By car, we are 3 miles from town (Cruz Bay), where you will find all of your necessities. This is the ideal cottage for a couple or two friends. Our one bedroom/ one bathroom cottage is all you need after a day at the beach. Centrally located off of Centerline Road, Hope Cottage is minutes from Cruz Bay and less than 20 minutes from Coral Bay. Nestled in a serene garden setting. The surrounding area of Gifft Hill is home to local schools and is a stones throw away from the Emergency clinic. You can feel at peace in the safe and homely residential setting. Enjoy a comfortable and restful nights sleep in Grateful Grotto.

Caribbean Cottage Near the Sea

Paradise! The cottage is located on Hart Bay, and has an amazing view of the Carribean Sea. You can fall asleep to the sound of waves. You will stay in the upstairs one bedroom apartment with your own private entrance. The owner’s live in the lower level. Private pooI area. It’s an older cottage with an outdoor shower. There are 67 uneven steps down to cottage from parking area. There are steps that lead to a trail and rocky beach. Property has a generator.

The cottage is conveniently located two minutes to the town of Cruz bay and five minutes to National Park. It’s surrounded by lush landscape and gated property. The cottage is fully AC, covered patio, a private pool, outdoor bbq covered patio. AN ENTIRE COTTAGE BACK UP GENERATOR FOR POWER OUTAGES one of a few offer on the island. It will be helpful when the grid goes down of which occurs quite often. You can still have the comfort without any interruption.
