The villa was built in 1886 and is approximately 170 m2 with an annex of about 30 m2. The house is situated right by the sea in a scenic protected landscape area with ancient forest on the hill behind and rich wildlife. There are nice fishing,hiking opportunities and foraging available just outside.

Ca. 105 kvm. Boligen ligger i et rolig hytteområde med nærhet til både skog og sjø. To uteplasser er tilgjengelige fra leiligheten. Kort avstand til Seierstenmarka. 12 min. gange til badeplass ved fjorden. 1,5 km til bussholdeplass. 2 km til til sentrum.

Denne fine sommerhytten ligger vakkert til på Søndre Hallangen ved sydspissen av Nesodden. Her finnes mange fine turmuligheter langs kyststien og kort gange til flere idylliske badeplasser. 15 minutter unna ligger den sjarmerende byen Drøbak, med restauranter og et vell av barnevennlige attraksjoner som akvarium og badeland. Om du vil besøke Norges største fornøyelsespark, Tusenfryd, tar det deg 15 minutter å kjøre. Kjempekoselig hytte der du kan skape mange fine sommerminner.

Beautifully renovated vacation home just 30 min from Oslo and 15 min from Drøbak. 5 bedrooms with (at least) 9 beds. Outdoor kitchen with fridge, BBQ and pizza oven. Jacuzzi, big trampoline, sunbeds, and multiple lounging areas. Great trails for walking or running, 7 min to a sandy beach and 2 min to a summer grocery shop. Sunny all day with lovely views. Hytta ligger nær skogen og innsjø, men har gangavstand til Oslofjorden og strand. 30 minutters gåtur til Drøbak med mange små butikker, gallerier og kafeer . Kort kjøretur eller gåavstand til tennis - og golfbane. Det er muligheter for å følge solen hele døgnet eller trekke seg tilbake i skyggen. Hytta har mange fine sittegrupper.
