The unit has a queen bed and futon that lays down to a full size bed. It's very comfortable for small groups. Our location offers a Private Beach access to Emerald Beach (11 minute walk) with crashing waves of the ocean or the O'steen Public Beach access of calm harbor waters of the jetties, where the locals scuba dive and snorkel- also perfect for sunset watching! Walk to the marina and the local boat taxi will take you to Harbor Walk Village for dining and entertainment. Not suitable for infants.
