This home offers a lifestyle many just dream of! From the dock, you can watch the rockets launch from Cape Canaveral, which is less than a hour away. Manatees, sea turtles, and other marine life frequent the canal. Just a few minutes by boat to the intercoastal and Mosquito Lagoon, which is widely considered the redfish capital of the world! Site-cast to adult redfish in the 30”-50” range on clear flats. When finished fishing, take a short drive to New Smyrna Beach for great dining and shopping.

Unique Concrete House Boat! No cleaning fees!

This ferrocement boat Later Gator was made in Sweden in 1973. That’s right! It’s made of concrete! The boat circumnavigated the globe twice before eventually ending up here in sunny Sanford FL. We spent 2 years completely renovating everything and tried to leave as much of the boat’s original personality intact while adding modern amenities. Restaurant/bar, pool, laundry facilities, showers and restrooms, diner, and marina store all on site, and downtown historic Sanford and river walk close by.

Tiny Home (1 of 2 guest houses) on a private 13 acres in a small equestrian town. Away from the main house, so it is private, but not isolated. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple younger kids. (Some have mentioned it is not so comfy for grown-ups.) Not suitable for 4-legged travelers. (If dates you want are unavailable, search for Mira Bella South) I've included MANY photos so you can see exactly what the space is like :)
