Charming apartment in Bellagio, just a step from the centre. From the principal balcony you have a stunning view of the lake and of the famous Villa Serbelloni. The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. Casa Müsu, grazioso rustico in Val Verzasca

Casa Müsu è un grazioso piccolo rustico completamente rinnovato. Si trova ai piedi del pizzo Vogorno, a metà strada tra Locarno e le pozze della Verzasca a Lavertezzo e Brione. La prima camera è al secondo piano del corpo principale: ha un letto matrimoniale. La seconda è a dieci metri da Casa Müsu: vi si accede con una scala esterna coperta e ha un letto matrimoniale (come in foto) o due letti singoli. Si può aggiungere un terzo lettino. Casa Müsu ha un posto auto privato.

Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.
