We look forward to hosting you! The apartment is a 1/2 mile walk to Cornell, 1 mile to town, close to Ithaca College and nature. One bedroom apartment within our home on a gorge in the Belle Sherman neighborhood of Ithaca. There are 2 queen beds: 1 in the bedroom, a pullout queen sofa in the living room & optional air mattress, sleeps up to four adults. You will have your own apartment within our home, and access to our hot tub and patio overlooking the gorge.

A bedroom with a queen-sized bed for 2, a living room with a sofa (where a child or small person can sleep), a dining table with 3 chairs, a private bathroom, and a small kitchen. This apartment is located in the basement of a family home. It is a self-contained private unit with a separate entrance, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer and a living space. The property is fenced and has a pool for use in the summer and a pond with fish to feed. Friendly dogs are welcome (the owners have a friendly beagle-basset who loves to meet other dogs). Please note that we have ducks who free range in the yard.
