A stroll through the neighborhood will take you past a local park with playground, workout area, & walking paths. There are many ponds to enjoy the local wildlife, wetland areas, and beautiful oak trees. It's so peaceful! Convenient to Hilton Head, Beaufort, and Savannah, it's the perfect spot for exploring, shopping, or relaxing!

This cottage has a unique combination of being close to everything, while still maintaining a very private feel. The cottage is accessible by its private, dedicated drive. This new guest cottage has a King sized bed, as well as a pullout xl twin. The home boasts a large screen tv viewable from every angle, a full sized bath, full kitchen, exquisite outdoor shower, fire pit, full laundry, and all the amenities of home. 10 minutes to Beaufort/Parris isl. Our spacious one-room studio apartment is attached to our home but offers complete privacy. Guests have their own private entrance and parking spot in driveway. The accommodation is not shared with the hosts, however we live on the property. We are located on Lady's Island, SC which is a 20 minute drive to Hunting Island Beach, Parris Island, and MCAS, as well as Historic Downtown Beaufort.The apartment is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood.

Savannah and Hilton head island are just 45 minutes away. If fishing is for you the world famous Savannsh river is a mear 5 miles away. Enjoy our large cleared field for enjoyment.
