Our lovely farmhouse is minutes from Lake Lemon, Griffey Lake, Indiana University & many spots in Bloomington. Conveniently not far from I-69, we're 20 minutes away from Nashville. This is a basement apartment with private bedroom, private bathroom, large living/dining area, & kitchenette. Shared front door & ~10 steps inside main floor. The ranch is 50+ acres with 8+ acres of woods for hiking, pastures with cattle, a heated pool & patio area, & a beautiful front porch looking over the ranch.

This room is a good value. It is close enough to Indianapolis yet peaceful, clean, quiet, and private. We are: 7.1 miles (10 minutes) from Indianapolis international airport. 18 miles (26 minutes) from downtown Indianapolis, 17miles (20 min drive) from Indianapolis convention center and Lucas stadium. 35 miles (52 minutes) from Indiana University in Bloomington. ~3 miles from I-70. Our Airbnb suite is perfectly located halfway between Nashville and Columbus in a very quiet neighborhood with very few homes. We’ve created a lovely room for you with all the furnishings you need, including a mini fridge, comfy queen size bed, television with Roku and YouTubeTV, coffee maker, and microwave. There is a full en suite private bath with sink, toilet, and full bath/shower. The view out the window is gorgeous and peaceful. You will love it here. We sure do.

Everything you'll need for a short visit to Seymour. This private apartment is located downtown. You'll have easy access to Seymour's best independent restaurants, bars and shops. Over 1000 square feet of space including a king bed with a brand new, quality Bowles mattress... living room with 50" Smart TV... and kitchen with a stove, microwave, fridge, and Keurig coffee maker. Please note this is a 2nd floor space and there are 23 interior stairs to reach the door.

Relax at this peaceful and centrally-located one-room unit; fully furnished with private bath and entrance. The room is attached to the main house. There are two doors, both are secured. Parking in front of guest door. Please note this is a rural property, you may awaken to a rooster crowing at dawn or hear coyotes howl at the moon. The house is occupied so you may hear the sound of domestic duties on occasion or the softener regeneration during the night.
