“La casa del bucato” è stata così chiamata perché è posizionata nelle vicinanze del lavatoio che un tempo (e qualche volta ancora oggi) veniva usato dalle donne del borgo per fare il bucato, “l’ansiva” appunto. Questa piccola ma accogliente casa, completamente accessibile, curato nei minimi dettagli per cullarvi nella suggestione montana, è costituita da un unico ambiente che ospita un letto matrimoniale, un angolo cottura e un bagno e affaccia su l’area esterna attrezzata adibita a solarium.

Arredato in stile di montagna, si trova a 2 km dal centro di Aosta. Ingresso indipendente , al piano terreno, con una porta/finestra che affaccia in aperta campagna. Dispone di locale lavanderia, posto auto riservato in cortile interno, ricovero per attrezzatura da sci . Accesso alla zona verde condivisa con vasca idromassaggio riscaldata esterna.
