The Garden Cottage is a beautifully appointed two-bedroom apartment in The Lincombes, Torquay’s most prestigious neighbourhood, renowned for its breathtaking views, picturesque gardens, and grand Victorian Italianate residences. Just minutes from Torquay’s marina, it offers a private street entrance & unrestricted parking, plus an on-site Tesla charging point. At the front, is a sunny decked courtyard area. Petit Moine is an annex to our family home with its own private entrance. In the annex you’ll find a king sized bed, bathroom, table & chairs, TV, and a kitchenette. Outside, you’ll have your own private furnished garden and dedicated parking space. In a central location, 20 minutes from everywhere, you’ll have access to country walks, beaches and shopping. Set in the countryside, you will be just a 5 minute drive from St Helier’s town centre. It is recommended you have your own transport.

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a small booking fee.
