The total area of the land lot is 1,130 sq m, with a 140-sq-m building offering a panoramic view. The property is guarded by Boto, a loyal dog on duty.

19 century house-Parna’s tadiontal home

Parna Cottage is a traditional wooden house in Samegrelo. One of the oldest buildings in the area, the house is 127 years old. Once you enter our cozy balcony and begin to take in the view, you will gradually get that special sense of joining the tradition and the natural world. Come and stay in the lovely residence, go swimming in the Abasha River at the foot of the garden, and dine in our restaurant while it serves home-cooked Megrelian food.Toilet and bathroom is in the first floor of house.
