This 8.2 acre property has plenty of space The Spring fed lake is clean and inviting, only 3 other neighbors have access to it but we actually own the dam so we own the lake. 50 feet deep ( it does taper so it is safe for kids) and is stocked with 4 types of fish. 7 bedrooms . Dual A/C Stocked kitchen, indoor outdoor games. Early check/out dependent on availability. With 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, one full bathroom, and a spacious living room and kitchen, the cottage is so homey! The front porch, rear deck, and yard space allow you to chill, grill, and enjoy the great outdoors.

Paddle boat or Jon-boat is available (with notice) Tumlin lake is the City water supply so water is clean. No Motorized water-craft allowed on lake. Only sail and paddle craft permitted.
