Situated within walking distance of the village and offering a comfy bed, living area and courtyard, The Stables is the perfect place to explore Franschhoek. We offer a fridge, microwave, kettle, indoor and courtyard table and chairs. This space is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. As we have lived in Franschhoek for over 40 years, we are trustworthy hosts and know the area well. Great news is we have an inverter for lights and wifi to assist during load shedding.

The cottage has AC, Wifi, smart TV (Netflix, Prime vid), an alarm and 24 hr patrol vehicle in this beautifull, quiet street of the neighbourhood. We are a young, lively family of 4 and some related sounds might be heard. Easy access to mountain for runs, walks, mtb.

The studio is located a mere 5 min walk to the nearest supermarket/midtown and a 13 min walk to old town with quaint restaurants, shops and cafés.

The double story space includes a kitchen, lounge and dining area on the lower level.Upstairs you’ll find a bedroom, en suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool. Guests have a private entrance,patio and barbeque area and shared use of the pool . There is parking on the premises, TV (with netflix ) and Wi-Fi. Laundry can be arranged at a fee. The Rigel Retreat is a relaxing getaway with amazing garden views which backs onto a nature reserve. The private open plan interior with an attached kitchenette. The space offers a patio with a braai area and hammock which you are welcome to enjoy. Situated on a hill, the views of the Helderberg basin are incredible. The guest suite is located in a safe, quiet neighbourhood with a park only a short walk down the road. Somerset West has a wide variety of sites to explore.
