Amy’s Local BNB is nestled among huge fir trees in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from downtown Sebastopol. This sunny contemporary gem focuses on our commitment to local and sustainably sourced food, wine, and crafts. With a full kitchen, you can enjoy the comforts of a meal cooked “at home” from the local farmer’s market, or walk to superb local eateries. We will share maps to our favorite swimming hole on the Russian River or to ocean beaches, or introduce you to excellent local vintners.

Our rustic wood cabin is nestled among pine trees in the little village of Cobb Mountain, close to Harbin hot springs, Clear Lake, and just north of Napa valley wine country. Enjoy being surrounded by forest while you relax in the hammock or bbq on the deck. Step back in time in the vaulted wood rooms, warm fireplace, modern amenities including A/C and comfy bedding. A short walk to the swimming pool, little stream, general store and cafe. A perfect romantic getaway, or for the whole family!

Charming, peaceful one bedroom craftsman cottage on natural 60 acre property on a country road. Vaulted ceilings, wide plank hardwood floors, wood burning stove and full kitchen. The lake is a 5 minute walk- beautiful to enjoy but is not for swimming. Myself and the property owner do live on property. 15 minutes from downtown Calistoga, 30 from downtown Healdsburg and 30 minutes from Santa Rosa. Your four legged friends are welcome for an additional $50 pet fee which I will send separately

We self-developed our rural property as a secluded retreat with dog-friendly gardens. To share our creation with you, we designed a private 2nd-floor guest suite (ok to bring your good dogs). Overlooking a fern grotto and redwood valley, The Perch lets you experience nature up close. Come unwind and luxuriate in nature. Limited cell service. The room INSIDE has a bed, toilet, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and electric hot water kettle. OUTSIDE a claw foot tub/shower, private deck & outside kitchen with a gas burner stove. Very rural.
