Studio de 15m2 a proximité de notre habitation mais totalement independant. Il est situé au coeur d'un petit village provençale. A 3 km de Lourmarin et a une demi heure d'Aix en provence. Ce studio vous permettra de vous reposer, teletravailler ou profiter d'un sejour avec votre partenaire, amis, seul ou en famille. attention ⚠️: pour rentrer au parking il faut manœuvrer. Une place de parking est disponible a l'interieur de notre maison pour une voiture de taille moyenne. (308, c3, golf , van.)

Our apartment is located on the ground floor of our house, on the edge of the village of Cadenet, close to Lourmarin, one of the most beautiful villages in France. Situated in a small residential area, facing the Durance plain, our house is very bright as it is south-facing. Our location at the foot of the Luberon allows you to easily discover Provençal villages with their local markets and spectacular landscapes. Cadenet is also only 35 minutes from Aix en Provence and 45 minutes from Avignon.

Situé au milieu de la campagne, dans une bâtisse très ancienne, un gîte de 65 m2 entièrement rénové avec piscine (4mx9m). Vue magnifique sur le village et le luberon. Le logement attaché à la maison principale où les propriétaires (1 coupe) y vivent à l'année, est très bien séparé avec sa propre entrée, sa piscine privative et son jardin attenant (300m2) La cuisine, entièrement équipée ouvre sur le jardin où se trouve un abri avec salon pour se détendre et y prendre éventuellement les repas.

La maison n'est pas un endroit mais un sentiment. Elle dispose d'une pièce de vie traversante au rez-de-chaussée avec un espace cuisine. D'une chambre spacieuse et d'une salle d'eau à l'étage. Vous aurez un jardin clos et privatif avec un barbecue, table, parasol, salon de jardin.... Une bonne connexion internet est à votre disposition, idéal en télétravail. Set against the mountains among vineyards and olive groves in the Luberon Natural Regional Park, it has beautiful views across the valley. The farm is a great location for walking, cycling, lazing about or exploring the rest of Provence.
