Located on Big McKenzie this beautiful log cabin offers a gentle grade to the lake, fantastic fishing, and a private beach. The perfect place to create memories with your family and friends! Lake Cabin under the Pine Trees, Wood Lake, WI

Our cozy cabin is located under tall pine trees on a beautiful, northern lake where loons and eagles frequent. Wood Lake is easily commutable - 80 miles from the Twin Cities. Swim and fish off the dock or pontoon during the day, and sit in front of the stone fireplace at night. The Cabin has been completely remodeled, with a modern kitchen and new furnishings. It is also equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi with access to many streaming services. The Cardinal Cabin is the perfect lakeside retreat!

This spot has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, an open kitchen, wood stove, full lower-level with kitchenette, and a big deck that sits in the trees out back, you may hear the neighbor Eagle singing to you in the morning. A perfect getaway for those solo-adventurers, work-from-homers, or group getaways.

You’ll also find a bar and restaurant, indoor pool and fitness center, pickle ball court, tennis courts, mini golf, and much more within steps of the Hangar House. If rain clouds ruin your tee time, use the golf simulator instead!
