Recent is de boerderij met oog voor detail volledig gerenoveerd en gerestaureerd. Het huis beschikt over 9 slaapkamers, allen met een eigen badkamer. Het huis ten Ham ligt aan het riviertje de Linge en beschikt over maar liefst 5 open haarden en houtkachels, een zwembad, een jeu de boules baan en een grote, parkachtige tuin compleet met eigen eilandje bij de Linge.
