A light breakfast is also included. There is a smart 55"tv in the lounge and 40"in the bedroom, free wifi. It is located on second level. North facing private balcony. The park at the lake which has free electric bbq's and the beach are only a 5 minute walk from your front door. MAX 2 guests. NOT suitable for infants.

While 'house' might be a stretch for this cosy studio-style room, it does have separate facilities. There's a separate "kitchenette", shower and toilet. IT HAS ONE KING SIZE BED and ONE SOFABED. The sofabed is charged at an additional $20/night. The Little House has everything you need for a short stay in The Highlands! * The property welcomes gentle, well socialised pups. The Little House backyard is also shared by my super friendly dog and ewe!

As the apartment is upstairs, this property is not suitable for people with restricted mobility. Property not suitable for children under 12 years. Bendooley Estate is only a 5-minute drive away, making the cottage an ideal choice for wedding guests. Numerous wineries and Berkelouw Book Barn are all close by.

The Little House

The Little House is a freestanding 1940’s wooden tiny house in our back garden. It has a private exterior bathroom located at the back of the main house. Our property was featured on the ABC program Escape From The City and is a uniquely cute piece of North Nowra history. The Little House has a private verandah and kitchenette. A complimentary light breakfast is included for short stays. There is also a fire pit.
