Our high-end duplexapartment is very accessibly located in between the 'Kouter' (rectangle square where the Flemish Opera is) and the medieval center (St-Bavo-Cathedral, Graslei, Korenmarkt, Gravensteen to name a few highlights). Brand new, comfortable and classy, with a library-staircase which is not only an eyecatcher. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Sunny terrace! We called our gem "LaCasitaBelMundo”, just adding the dot Gent, to get the full picture.

Dit ruime appartement van 120m2 bevindt zich in hartje Gent, recht tegenover het Gravensteen. De ruime living met eetplaats en volledig ingerichte keuken kijkt uit op het kasteel. Het appartement omvat 2 mooie slaapkamers, 1 met dubbel bed en 1 met twee enkele bedden. Er is een volwaardig plooibed en een zetelbed op de overloop. Het appartement heeft een afzonderlijk toilet, een praktische badkamer met inloopdouche en dubbele wastafel. Er is een handige berging met was-en strijkfaciliteiten.

Guest cottage with a brand new, sparkling clean bathroom, in a quiet suburb 4 km from downtown. You’ll share the wild garden with us, but the cottage is exclusive to you. With the two bikes that are included in your stay, the Korenmarkt is a mere 15 minutes away. Bakery, butcher, supermarket and cafés within walking distance. Parking nearby and easy to reach by bus or tram, with stops less than 1 km away. There’s a good bus service to and from the train station Gent-Sint-Pieters.

Welcome to our foot on the ground in Gent. Due to the central location, this is an ideal departure point to discover the historic centre of Gent, to shop or to spoil you yourself in one of the numerous restaurants. A museum visit, theatre of the opera ? All at walking distance, but if your legs get tired after a day's walk, the tram brings you back in no time. Parking space is usually available on the street for €6 a day. Parking on Sunday is free !

The guesthouse consists of 1 bedroom - kitchen - living area- toilet - bathroom. Everything is brand new (building finished in 2017 and completely painted in march 2021). With a private surface of 80 m², you certainly have enough space to enjoy your stay. You are welcome to use the garden & terrace . Nieuwe studio vlakbij het centrum van Gent. De studio beschikt over een eigen keuken en een eigen badkamer. In het erg rustig gelegen herenhuis, in een doodlopende straat, kan u genieten van alle comfort. De studio werd net helemaal gerestaureerd en is erg gezellig ingericht en voorzien van alle faciliteiten om uw verblijf aangenaam te maken. Dicht bij de tram en ook parking op enkele meters. Verschillende winkels en restaurants in de buurt.

Dit heel comfortabele appartement is gelegen op 3,5km van het historisch centrum van Gent. Het is voorzien van 2 ruime slaapkamers (king size bed) en een zetelbed, heeft een badkamer met douche en bad, een ruime leefruimte, een keuken met alle comfort en een gezellige tuin waar men tot rust kan komen.
