The view is of a wooded area with a small creek you can hear during the summer months. There is a Skyline shuttle stop out front with free serve to The Meadow.

However, if you would like an early check in, then please submit an early check in request and we will let you know if it can be granted. If we can accommodate your early check in, then there is a $50 early check in fee. Early check in time will be moved from 4pm to 12 noon on the check in day.

Enjoy beauty & relaxation on acres of land and horse pastures while being minutes from Hyalite Canyon & Reservoir (some of the best hiking, fishing, swimming, boating, ice climbing, etc.) and 10 minutes from down town. The guest house (the 2nd floor of a detached building on our property) is over 1,000 square feet and the perfect place to use as basecamp as you explore Bozeman and surrounding areas. The hot tub with mountain views is a perfect way to unwind from your day.

This private condo is within walking distance to town center grocery stores, breweries/bars, restaurants, movie theater, parks, shopping and is within a block of the free shuttle bus stop to Big Sky Ski Resort. This home away from home has two master suites, two and one half bathrooms, a wood burning stove that will keep you cozy warm, fully equipped kitchen, high speed internet, and washer/dryer on site. We require that the person booking this reservation must be present during the stay unless previous arrangements have been made. This property is for vacation rental only, and can not be rented as employee housing. It is two miles from Town Center and 9 miles from Big Sky Resort. This beautiful riverfront property is at the confluence of the W. Fork and the S. Fork of the Gallatin River. We live in the cabin next door.
