A recently built farmhouse in a great location (2 blocks from Taylors Creek, 12 minute walk to downtown Beaufort). Large lot with 3 outdoor spaces (2 screened) and the entire first floor is wheelchair accessible. 2 king b/r with en-suite on the 1st floor and 2 king b/r upstairs as well as a game room with a pool table and an office with a bunk. The house includes biikes, kayaks, paddleboards, fishing gear, cornhole, tennis/pickelball/basketball gear (courts are right out back) and a lot more.

Fishing paradise, breathtaking sunrise and moonlight from your private hottub on the back deck, steps to the water. Tandem kayak and small boat included. You can fish, kayak, or wade from the back yard! We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.

Walk downtown & shop, have dinner or listen to live music at a local hotspot. Don't miss the Rhum Bar at Stillwater - stunning views make it perfect to enjoy a painkiller & watch the sun set.

Shell Cottage DOG Friendly in Historic District

Our Shell Cottage features both a queen size bed in the Bedroom, and a queen size sofa-bed in the Living Room, the cottage sleeps a maximum of 3 persons. This cottage has an updated kitchen with a dishwasher and propane grill, beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards are provided. There is one private parking space provided with the Shell Cottage, and one “well behaved” dog can accompany you with the payment of a $60 pet fee. Hi-Speed WiFi internet for remote working! No Smoking allowed.

The Queen size bed and inflatable mattress is comfortable for a small family.
