Less than 10 minutes into Rotorua and all the geothermal & other tourist attractions. Note: this neighbourhood does NOT have the famous Rotorua sulphur smell :)

Our newly renovated Studio has been a joy to create and we are excited to finally share this space with you. It is a private small Studio nestled in behind large 80 yr old Californian Redwood and Atlas Cedar trees looking out onto an organic avocado orchard and expansive gardens. It is a private studio on an orchard but handy to cafes , restaurants and shopping centers, just off the main Pyes Pa Road. Best suited up to 4 people but allows up to 6 with the comfortable mattress type sofa bed in the lounge for guests 5 & 6. Please keep this in mind.
