The apartment is located right next to the sea port and the beach. City center, two groceries, a lot of bars and cafes within walking distance. There is one bedroom with balcony and studio area with kitchen, TV, two sofa-beds, dining table and with balcony as well. Both rooms with air condition. In the kitchen you can find any kitchen equipment you would need. You can find all the necessary bedding in the wardrobe and pantry. Small bathroom with a washing machine, washbasin and shower.

Apartment has a small (but big enough😀) kitchen and bathroom with all the necessary accessories. Apartment can accommodate max 3 person's. There are 2 separate Wifi's with 25mb speed each to ensure smooth usage. And most important me, with my big loving heart, as Your host to assist You in anything You might require. 😃😃

Apartment Tatjana is seafront accommodation with a private infinity pool situated in precious natural environment. In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat Airport, it has a fantastic garden where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The garden has a path that goes down to the private and public beach where you can use kayak and SUP board free of charge. It is fully equipped for perfect family stay and relaxation.

Apartment "Garden" with Boat Tours

As you can see on photos, house is only few steps in front of the beach. 2 parking places are private for our guests. Check in time is flexible as per agreement with guests. Boat tours are available for our guests. Cost depends on the location of travel and is very reasonable, including berth and maintenance of the boat. There is also a possibility of renting boat, only for holders of Boat Driving License.

An entire vacation villa circa 100 sq. m with three bedrooms, is equipped with everything needed for a wonderful holiday. We can accommodate up to 8 guests. This brand new studio is steps from the sandy beach and the shops and restaurants on the Petrovac Riva promenade . The studio has been completely renovated and offers everything you could need for a relaxing holiday in Petrovac. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a 4 story building and has an elevator. The studio has a king size bed which sleeps 2 people.

Located in quiet area but just 80m from sandy beach Golden Coast which is one of the most beautiful in Montenegro, and 60m away from promenade where you can find many restaurants, cafes, shops, souvenirs shop, groceries…

Apartment Regulus

Apartment Regulus (46 m3) is situated in new building with swimming pool on top ( 1st may - 30th sep depending on the weather conditions ). The beach is 200m away. It has sea and mountain view. Parking is available at the place and it free of charge. Quests will enjoy in quiet and little touristic place.
