The Old Post Office is bright and modern, situated in the heart of Doonbeg - a small and charming seaside village in West Clare which acts as a wonderful base for touring the county. The Townhouse overlooks the Doonbeg River and is a stone's throw from the 2 restaurants and 4 pubs. This cottage is one of six cottages in a restored courtyard . Each cottage is individually designed with lots of attention to detail. On arrival the guests will be greeted with freshly baked scones and a welcome basket. Fresh flowers in all the rooms and fires and candles lighting in the winter months. The cottages are a mix of modern with a vintage style and are extremely relaxing for both couples and families. The images are a mixture of the different cottages we have available.

This is a lovely house in the beautiful village of Carrigaholt. Downstairs open plan kitchen, dining, living room. Upstairs bathroom, en-suite double bedroom, 2nd double bedroom and a single bedroom .t’s a very welcoming village on the Shannon estuary with some great pubs, an award winning restaurant, & wonderful scenic walks. It’s very well situated as a base from which to tour, 20 mins to loop head, 40 mins to Tarbert Ferry to Kerry, approx 60 mins to The Cliffs of Moher.
