Bussells Bushland Cottages - Couples/Small Family

Bussells Bushland Cottages is a 20 hectare "Land for Wildlife" property. Our 8 rammed-earth cottages are set apart in order to preserve privacy. Walk trails criss-cross the bush block which has wonderful stands of old-growth trees, as well as being home to a wide variety of bird life and mobs of kangaroos. The quoted room rate for 1 or 2 persons is based on the use of 1 bedroom. If, for any reason, guests require to use the 2nd bedroom, an extra bed charge will be levied payable before arrival.

House of Mud & Straw sits solidly & silently on open paddocks shared with cows & the sweeping weather. Kick back, cook, play tunes, do puzzles, drink wine, snooze & be merry in this comfy, stylistic, earthy farmstead. Mt Martha is perfectly located on the Mornington Peninsula, to enjoy all its fantastic attractions...beaches, biking, hot springs, coastal walks, restaurants and wineries.

Huon Burrow- Underground, WaterViews

The Huon Burrow is a unique underground dwelling nestled into the hillside with amazing views over the Huon River within easy walking distance of cafes and restaurants at historic Franklin in the Huon Valley. The Huon Burrow has half a metre of material on the roof composed of soil, gravel and insulation on top of a waterproof barrier, then 20 tons of concrete and one ton of reinforced steel.

Cascade Cottage is our couples retreat built of stone and rammed earth sourced from the property. Our Studios are built of stone and rammed earth, have cozy queen beds with beautiful fresh linens and super warm donnas. This cottage has a fully self contained open plan kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a beautiful claw footed bathtub.
