With a fully enclosed garden making it safe for children and pets. A peaceful location to relax and unwind. The village pub is within walking distance serving delicious food and is also dog friendly. St Cyrus beach, Lunan Bay, The blue door walk at Edzell and Dunnottar Castle are a few of the places to visit.

The Dairy has sliding doors which make the whole space open plan. The high ceilings in the kitchen offers space and a unique airy feel. The porch has a variety of plants to enjoy as a interesting and unique place to sit and enjoy a book and overlook the garden. The whole house has wheelchair access. Sonos is throughout the accommodation and a tv in livingroom, kitchen and bedroom. L.E.D lights in the bathroom gives a feeling of looking at the stars in the bath...also we have a private hot tub

Relax at the Scottish themed cottage (superking size bed) .Pets welcome too. It is a clean, cosy, comfy home with well equipped kitchen. Netflix, free parking at door. It is a great location for walking and touring the region. If you fancy a peaceful stroll along the Ericht river it’s only 3 mins walk away or continue into the quaint highland town centre of Blairgowrie, 5 mins walk (famous for its strawberries) for pubs,supermarkets , cafes, shops and restaurants. Open-plan Living Room/Dinette/Kitchenette, ONE Bedroom, Shower/Toilet. Pets very welcome. Sorry but not suitable for young children.

The newly renovated Coach House at Hillbank House sits within the extensive grounds of our early 19th century Georgian house. Dating back to the early 1830’s our category B listed property is one of the oldest houses in Blairgowrie. You will enjoy complete seclusion and privacy while still being just a few minutes stroll to the town centre and the numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and other facilities. We are pet friendly but please let us know if you are bringing your pet with you.

Local nearby attractions include Arbroath harbour, Abbey, carnoustie golf course and beautiful beaches like lunan bay.
