From there, we’ll sample select Brazilian wines—from renowned labels to hidden gems—each with unique tasting notes. • As we go along, you’ll learn expert techniques to identify aromas, flavors, and textures to enhance each sip. • The wines will be paired with cheeses from São Paulo estates, allowing you to discover the harmonies between flavors. You’ll leave with a new perspective on Brazilian wine—along with a tasting booklet, pairing tips, and a mini bottle to take home.

Spend an evening in my cozy artisanal bakery, Martoca - Padaria Artesanal, for a hands-on class making pão de queijo (cheese bread) and rich Amazonian chocolate cookies. Whether you’re visiting São Paulo or simply looking for a unique way to enjoy Brazilian flavors, this baking class will leave you with warm memories—and even warmer treats! • Mix, shape, and prepare pão de queijo using authentic techniques before baking them to golden perfection. • Craft rich, chocolatey cookies using Castanha do Pará (Brazil nut) butter, my own unique creation. From mixing the dough to shaping each cookie, you’ll experience the process from start to finish. • While the treats bake, enjoy your freshly made pão de queijo paired with my signature coffee or tea. We’ll chat about Brazil’s vibrant food culture and the ingredients that make these recipes so special. You’ll leave with printed recipes, newfound baking skills, and—if any are left!—a share of the delicious treats we’ve made together.

I’ll give insights into my creative process and lead an interactive discussion where you can share your observations of the city’s animals, plants, and places. • Building on our collective inspiration list, we’ll do some word associations and creative play, then turn those concepts into comic strips combining humor, imagination, and Bogotá’s cultural essence. No drawing experience necessary! • Finally, we’ll share and discuss our work, alongside reflections on how art can reshape perspectives and deepen cultural connections. You’ll leave with your illustrations as unique souvenirs of your time in Bogotá, having found unexpected stories in the city and turned them into something completely your own.

Get to know Rio main attractions

In this experience, we will pick you up from your home* and take you to get to know the most important points of the city. We will begin immediately by visiting Christ the Redeemer (ticket included), to avoid queues and take the best photos; then the neighborhood of Santa Teresa, an artistic area with its exclusive tram and then the Selarón Staircase, one of Rio's most famous sights. From there we will go to the Metropolitan Cathedral, a unique building in downtown Rio. Afterwards, we visited Maracana Stadium from outside. We stop for lunch** * right after. After lunch we go to visit the Parque Lage. Parque Lage is a historic and cultural park located at the base of Corcovado Mountain in Rio de Janeiro. While it is an independent site with its own history and attractions, Parque Lage is part of the Tijuca National Park, a vast protected area that includes one of the world’s largest urban rainforests. At the end you have two options: we can take you back home or drop you off at Pão de Açúcar (Sugar Loaf) (ticket not included), where you can take a cable car up to the top of this magnificent hill. *Pick up and drop off in some areas of Rio's south zone. San Jose Bites & Sights Walking City Tour Experience

Get an up-close look at Costa Rican life through local food, history, and even herbal remedies from folk medicine. Stroll the streets with a local as he shows you the ins and outs of daily life. Our first stop at the Borbón Market is a true sensory experience of views, colors, and you will be able to see the daily wheelbarrow race between the workers. The focus is on agricultural products, although it sells a little of everything. Then, take a stroll through the vibrant Mercado Borbón and sample plenty of fresh local fruits. We will explore the largest and oldest market in the city of San José, founded in 1880 here we will enjoy a delicious ice cream at Lolo Mora, the oldest ice cream parlor since 1901. Visiting several sites in the City, the Cathedral, the National Theater and walking through The beautiful Central and Morazán parks will help you get to know the country and its rich history. Finally, we will visit a special place Mr Sloth Coffee where you will find specialty coffee and delicious chocolates. Learn to make coffee, enjoy a tamale, try a caldosa, and make sweet plantain empanadas before concluding your adventure in the city of Pura Vida, learning about history, culture, and the daily lives of the local people.

Sunset Sailboat Tour in Rio de Janeiro

The tour starts at the middle of the afternoon at the pier in Urca near to Bar urca. We will sail by the Fortress of São João, Fortress Laje and Fortress Santa Cruz, and close to the Island of Boa Viagem in Niterói. There will be one stop point at Adão e Eva beach or Praia Vermelha, perfect for picture taking and if you are interested to swim! Then we will pass by the Museum of Contemporary Art and sail back with the amazing view of the sunset on the horizon. There are gorgeous views of Sugar Loaf and Christ the Redeemer throughout the ride, as they are central to the scenery of Rio's coast. The tour finishes after the sunset to make the most of this amazing view of the city. Other things to note You must bring your camera, sunscreen, swimsuit and flip flops.

We will also try the local soda which is one of the oldest soda in the world and we will be allowed to learn about the different preparations with this soda. Afterwards we will visit the most popular bakery in the old city with more than 30 years old. We will try a Colombian bread and we will discover how we match the salted with the sweet in a pastry. Then, we will try the best way to eat plantain . We will also try different fruits
