This room would be ideal for someone working at Utrecht Science Park for some time. PLEASE NOTE: This room does NOT include use of a kitchen. For tourists an amount of €2.50 tourist tax per night is mandatory. This can be paid upon arrival.

Welkom in ons familiehuis in een rustig buurtje in Hilversum, 5 minuten fietsen vanaf het treinstation (20 min. naar Amsterdam), het centrum en de hei. 150 m2 lichte woning met woonkamer met tv (incl streaming) , piano, volledig ingerichte keuken, 3 slaapkamers, waarvan 3 met 2p bed, werkkamer met smal 1p bed en twee badkamers. Er is een voortuin met ochtendzon (zithoek) achtertuin met avondzon (eettafel, zitbankje). Fietsen, fijne basics en lieve KAT inclusief!

A nice familyhouse built in 1928, in a very quiet and cosy street, near the trainstation (15 min walk), the Zoo (Dierenpark Amersfoort), the forest and historical citycenter (10 min bicycle). In 35 min you travel by train to Amsterdam or other cities. You can use our typical Dutch bikes for transport. Mind you! We welcome catlovers -with no cat-allergy- who wants to feed our cats. They come outside and in the livingroom, NOT in the bedrooms.

Free parking is history. Unfortunately. Come by train! The garden can be closed by a lock in case you have bicycles to be stalled. You Can also use the carport to put them under to be dry.
