We are near the sea and near Duden Waterfall, around our buiding, they are lot of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, shisha cafes and moe than 5 km a road with perfect sea view to walk. In our flat , you will have everything to cook, it is silence and small flat. The flat is for 2 persons but for any case, we have extra bed if needed. p. s. : Because of local law we need your ID/passport as copy some plans fly on us and it can be noise.

The space is newly renovated also decorated and spacious compared to the old town houses. Our suite offers a wide living space for you in a 50-m2 area. We have 16 suites in total. All suites have a king-size bed in the bedroom, and 2 sofas in the living room which can be converted into beds.
