The 680 sqm farmhouse is built around an ancient Umbrian tower and consists of several interconnected structures added over the centuries. A remarkable renovation has created a unique balance between medieval character and contemporary design. A striking floating staircase—reminiscent of Escher’s surreal visions—adds a sense of architectural poetry.

Natural stone, centuries-old wooden beams, and slate define spacious interiors with bold volumes and rich tones.
